About Me

Welcome to AriesGate Tech(AGT). What is AGT, and what can it do for me and my business? AGT has been a culmination of several events in my life that have led to AGT's formation. 

First, it is good to give a little history of me. I was born in a small town in Central Ohio and grew up in the great Buckeye state. From an early age, I was always interested in learning about what made things work. This learning continued into being enrolled in summer science programs at a very young age. I continued learning and decided that it would be an excellent opportunity to learn and experience new things after high school. Greg joined the US Army and saw the world. Understanding different cultures and meeting new and exciting people was another type of education.

After four successful years in the military as an infantryman, I decided to settle down, start college, and raise a family. I got married to Carrie and started school at Palm Beach College, and eventually Florida Atlantic University, where I studied Computer Science. Computers and technology were a tremendous interest, and I excelled at learning programming and development. I then went on to work at IBM in Boca Raton, Florida, and eventually the United Parcel System's technical arm. From there, I worked for small tech companies such as Applied Innovation, where I helped identify tech solutions for large customers such as Sprint. I helped secure 30% of AI's total company revenue for this new product the first year it was launched. 

I went to work for Amperion, a startup formed between Cisco and American Electric Power. Amperion provided broadband wi-fi delivery over high and medium voltage powerlines. I helped identify a market for this new technology with energy partners such as PUC Telecom, Kansas City Power and Light, and Dacor Systems. I have also done IT consulting for small businesses and developed technical solutions for the SMB market.

For the last 13 years, I have been working for Verizon and has designed and helped deploy IT connectivity solutions for large retail, financial/insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare clients. He has helped identify the best solutions for large deployments of locations. These developed solutions have netted Verizon $100M of revenue and allowed for me to be recognized as a top employee and President's Club winner.

I am very blessed and am married to Tammy now with three wonderful adult children; Daralyn, Kaitlyn, and Mitchel. I have created multiple successful small businesses such as AriesGate and Hop Yard 62. I have a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Sciences from Franklin University. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree of Science in Global Business and Blockchain Technology at the University of The Cumberlands. 

I hold three professional certifications in Blockchain Technology, CBSA, CBBF, and CBE. I think that Blockchain is key to the future and a big part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. So Blockchain is not just a fleeting thought for AriesGate Tech. It is what we do; we figure out what issues you have and help find a way to solve them. All of my work experience and knowledge have led up to this point to design and execute blockchain solutions.

I am ready to roll up my sleeves and see what we can do to help make your business better and take advantage of Blockchain and all it has to offer. The blockchain projects that we are currently working on include integrating Blockchain into the craft beer industry, IoT technology in sports, etc.
